Message Last night at about 10:45pm I was heading home. Right after I exited the freeway there is a all new 911 TT (AWD) in front of me. So I didn't waste any time and immediately switch to the next lane. I just dyno tested my TT and found out it pumps out 345RWHP (also found out there is a crack in the upper intake manifold). So I know I am going to lose but just want to find out how fast those 911 TT compare to my Z. We stopped to the next traffic light and look at each other and sure enought we are going to do it. When the light turns green, we both gun it. At the beginning of the first gear, the 911 TT is only about 1 and 1/2 car length ahead of me. But once the 911 turbos kick in, it pulls so hard that it become 3 to 4 car length ahead of me. I shifted at 6800 rpm (I have a shift light) through all gear until 4th gear at the speed of about 120mph. But the 911 TT is still 3 to 4 car length ahead of me.
We both stopped at the next traffic light and I think he is going to give me another chance. I full throttle every gear until 4th gear but still the same thing happen again. WOW, those 911 TT AWD are so fast.
Here is the upgrade list on my Z:
Greddy PE cat-back exhaust
Random Technology super hi-flow cats
Gutted pre-cats
Jimwolf ecu
Dual-POP with 555 (just installed few weeks ago)
Light weight pulley
Stillen upgrade intercooler
Blitz boost controller running 17.5PSI (due to the crack intake)
Centerforce Dual friction clutch

My Z has almost 130000 miles on it. I don't have much more money to spend on the Z (maybe 2 - 3K more). But want to know what kind of upgrade do I need in order to beat those 911 TT AWD. Thank You for your respone. This is the second time I got piss by 911 TT. The first time happened 2 weeks ago but it was even worse - a all new 911 TT GT2
